Facebook problem: how to get a closed Facebook page back? Family member died and want his photos.?

Hi everyone:

A close family member died a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, someone outside the family took it upon themselves to tell Facebook to close his page. Now we can't access his photos and people can't leave messages.

I have been to the Facebook help section and have submitted a problem report. But when I did so, I saw a message that it was classified as "feedback" and that feedback is usually not answered.

Does anyone know how to directly contact someone at Facebook about this? My mother is extremely upset because the photos are the only recent ones she has of my father.

It's not so easy. A friend of mine died a year ago, the famiiy followed the procedure, and still the memorialize process is in progress.
