Facebook won't allow me to delete my 'Mobile Uploads or 'Timeline Photos' album?

Basically, my Mobile Uploads & Timeline Photos albums are empty on Facebook and usually when you want to delete an album you go into the empty album and there's a bin at the side to click on, but I can't find anything to delete the albums and they're making my albums look messed up because I only want to keep albums that have photos in them and it gets very irritating. So if you know anything I could do to delete them, please let me know ASAP! Thanks.

you cannot delete these two albums.

you cant delete those albums because they are system albums, not albums that you created yourself

but if they are empty, why does it matter if they are there or not?
