Is something hacked when windows on Google Chrome open or change to something else without me noticing?
I just opened Google Chrome like I usually do when I get on and found the windows that had Google and another window that usually pops up were not the windows they were supposed to be. Instead, they were at https://fbcdn-profile-a.akamaihd.net/hpr...locdn.html which will not load. It is just a white screen for me. I realized that this happened yesterday when I went afk. When I came back, multiple windows were open to this same url. What's going on? Is something hacked?

You're likely not "hacked". That word doesn't mean what you think it means. You may have been infected with a redirect malware, though. Try downloading and running Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, see if that finds anything: http://www.malwarebytes.org
