How to unblock facebook friend request?

My facebook fnd request is block for 30 day
How to unblock or unlock this block plz help me I want send some frnd request to people

1. Open your facebook >>> go to
"Help">>>"Community Forum" or
"facebook.com/help/community"
2. Choose a topic such as "Chat",
"Like" etc.
4. Choose a question that comes up
on your screen.
5. Scroll down to the "Add Answer"
6. Copy my answer and put it down
on "Add Answer"
7. Help to push the "Helpful" of friends
8. Do this several times a day will
help to unlock facebook.

You Can Not Remove the Block you have to Wait 30 Days Before you Can Send More Friend Requests

When you Get Unblocked you Need to Becareful Slow Down Send Less Requests if you Have to Send a Lot Take your Time With it Do A Few At a Time So That Way you Wont Get Blocked Again if you Continue At the Same Rate Facebook will Block you Again

Sorry, but you cannot unblock it, you have to wait for the 30 days before you can send any more friend requests.
