Has Ask.FM blocked off being able to ask anonymously?

I'm not somebody using this to bully somebody don't worry, but there is a situation out there where I want to ask him questions. I don't mind him knowing my name but there is somebody else who he is friends with that I don't want to see.
Now I just asked him a few questions, and now I noticed the ash anonymously box was crossed out and won't tick.

is there a limit to this and I've exceeded it? Or what?

In the Ask.FM settings there is an option which users can use to turn on or off Anonymous questions. That user has turned off anonymous questions maybe because he/she wants to know who the person is. It's just an option which they can choose. There is nothing you can do and no you haven't acceded anything at all.
