I mean the Posts written on Time-Lines of Friends & other Facebook users

Your timeline. There is an x at the end of each post you make on the right. Or a drop down menu. Click it. Select delete post. Messages? Not sure man.

You Cant Do It Quickly you Have to Go Through Each one and Delete them Individually
