He privatised his FB, but refuses to remove me?

My relationship with a guy I met on FB has gone down hill. Instead of removing me he privatised everything on his page. I know this because we have a mutual friend on there who told me. He refuses to remove me, instead I think he's trying to be nosy. Why is he doing this?

Maybe he put you in his Restricted list, so you can only see his public post. Maybe he wants to see your posts, but not the otherwise. You could also put him in your Restricted list too, so he can only see your public post too (provided you don't always post set to public).
