To unblock someone:

Click at the top right of any Facebook page.
Click How do I stop someone from bothering me?
Click View All Blocked Users.
Click Unblock next to the name of the person you want to unblock.

Please note that this will not automatically add the person back to your friends list. If you want to become friends with this person again, you'll need to send them a new friend request.

You can block someone or apps in Facebook for your own purpose. You can also unblock a Facebook friends as well. When you block someone, yours any connections will be broken up except some third party apps.If you want to unblock someone in Facebook, please follow the steps below -

1) Log into your Facebook Account.
2) Click "Account Menu" at the top right corner.
3) Click "Privacy Settings".

After clicking "Privacy Settings" a window will come up .From the "Blocked People And Apps" section, click "Manage Blocking"

4) After clicking "Manage Blocking" link, a window will appear.

Here you will see the list of your friends which has been blocked before. Besides that here is the platform where you can block someone.

To whom you want to unblock, click the unblock link besides his/her name. You can unblock individually all of them you want.
