Instagram won't let me log in?

I just made an Instagram last night. I have followed all the guidelines, etc. Nothing rude, or spammy or anything like that was done.
But today when I tried to refresh my news feed it said something along the lines of sorry, this isn't working. We are alerting them right away or whatever.
I logged out, and when I try to log in (and I know the correct password) it won't let me. It just stays on the log in screen. The loading icon pops up then goes away and I just stay on the log in screen. What's wrong with it? I tried uninstalling then reinstalling and that doesn't work either. Please help. Thanks!

By the way, it's on an android if that has anything to do with it.

Same here , I tried logging in this morning but I just won't let me . I tried making a new one too but it doesn't let me either .

Dont worry this seems to be happeningto many people it seems ig is hacked! Try closing the app down and trying a few hours later? x
