Where to publish vines?

Me and my friend have made a few vines that we want to put online but we don't know where to put them so that people would see them, like the facebook page "Best Vines". What should we do with them?

You have to have the application Vine and make an account then publish it on the app. You can't make a vine and send it directly to those pages. Those type of "best vines" sites take the good vines from the APP and post them to facebook. You have to have the application on your phone and publish them from the app.
