How to get an unwanted picture of me on someones profile removed if they refuse to delete it?

Hover over the picture, at the bottom bar that comes up choose options, report, I don't like this picture of me

If it was on mobile, you can slide your finger, on the post, and a Delete sign or a X sign should pop up, click that, and it disappears. If it was on desktop, then i think there's this little arrow, on the top right corner of the post, click that, and either Hide or Delete should pop up.

Depends. who took the picture? You, then you have ownership rights and can issue a DMCA takedown notice.
The friend who's using it took the picture? He owns it. you can ask nicely but you probably can't force him.
