What can being twitter famous actually do for you?
I'm always hearing of people who are "twitter famous". Can having a large following count transfer into the real world? Like open doors for them? Jobs etc?

It depends what level it transfers to. You might end up popular in certain locations but totally unknown in other places. I'd love to be Twitter famous.
