I made a bunch of accounts on my phone to bother my friend. Now I want to make one, but it says "Too many users have been registered on this device." If I can, how can I make a new account?

You can't make another account, you probably made too much on one device, if you want to make more then you are going to have to get another itouch/iphone.

You Can Not Make a Account on that Device Since to Many Have Been Registered your going to have to Try on a Different Device if Another One is Available
