To block the facebook, follow these simple steps..

1) Go downstairs
2) Go outside
3) You will see a sign labeled "the facebook"
4) Proceed to block it in whatever manner you choose

To block the facebook website from your pc, download domain blocker and add facebook.com

What do you mean block the facebook? Prevent someone access facebook.com from your computer and network?

Option 1: Block by host file

Open My Computer and go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Open hosts file in notepad (Double Click To Open)
Select Notepad in Open with Dialog.
To block facebook website add the below line to hosts file
127.0.0.1 http://www.facebook.com
Save host file and close

Option 2: Use modem

If you can access your modem, you should use Parenting Control function in your modem / router to block specified website
