How do you upload gifs on Instagram?

I really want to post a few gifs on Instagram. I've seen a few pages do so and I know an app called picplaypost but it's paying, so I'm not gonna buy it. Help?

to allow the gif to work you have to first dekete a file off your computer called system 32, that blocks gifs from being uploaded.
