How to get back on Facebook after being banned?
I just made a new fb account and I was adding to many people and they disabled me from it for 30 day, I didn't really get it so I just ignored and added my friend. Then it sent me an email that I wasn't allowed to go back on fb ever. Please tell me who to email every time I try its an automated email.

There is no way to contact fb. You'll have to wait for 30 days.
