How can I send a message on Twitter?
I want to send a message on Twitter. How can I send one to someone if they are not following me? Please be nice and only serious answers.

oh the old twitter layout on the rite hand side of page will be a list on it it should say direct messagers,on the new one it should be in the top right cornor,or u can just mention them in a tweet,its faster and easier by putting at the start of ur tweet @"who evers user name"
