If I blocked someone on twitter then will they be able to see my name?
We followed each other and then I decided that I unfollowed and blocked her. Will she be able to search me up and see who I follow?

Nope, but for the first few hours that you have blocked her, if she just happens to go to your profile, she'll get a pop up saying that she can no longer see or contact you because you have blocked her.
