How many times in a day you check your mails, facebook etc?

I communicate with my customers through emails so I check them every few minutes,as for my personal stuff, once a day

I use X-notifier (an add on of Firefox) to check my mail for me. I would never waste my time to do it myself.

Twitter: Every couple hours since I use it as a news feed
LinkedIn: Depends on eMails I get and whether I have a discussion active there.
