How do you put 2 pictures into one on Instagram?

I mean when there is one picture on top, and another below it, and it is just one whole picture. How do you do that? Do you need a photo editing app or something? I use an iPhone 4

Yea you need to use an app to do that I use picjointer but there are a bunch of others you could choose from just search for pic frames on the app store
