How can i hide facebook messaging button?

I don't just want to sent received messages from non-friends to "other" folder on my messages. I want to hide the button. Prevent everyone that isn't my friend from finding it. I followed the directions of other yahoo answers (on my privacy settings but the button isn't beeing hidden) Please help me to hide that button!! :'(

Thats No Longer Possible on Facebook She Must've Done it Before the Setting Change They Used to Have the Option To Turn Off The Message Option For Non Friends But They Dont Have That Anymore the Closest you Can Set it to Is So That Messages Go to the Other Folder Instead of your Inbox which you Dont Get Any Notifications For Messages that Get Sent in The Other Folder
