Why doesn't Instagram have a way to sign-up using just a computer?
Some of us dont have smartphones, I know its an app but Instagram is everywhere and you can view things on a computer so why not sign-up?

I agree with you. It is ridiculous and they lose a lot of customers by making it purely app-orientated. You can't even upload photos from your computer onto it!
