And what does are people doing when they post pictures of smoke coming out their mouths? Are thy smoking weed or something?

getting high = drinking or taking drugs

popping a molly = a drug called xtacy, it makes people's body temperature go up like a fever, so they sweat.

and yes that's usually weed.

"getting high" almost always refers to becoming influenced by drugs or alcohol-usually drugs.An exception would be if they refer to it as "getting high on life" or "nature" or "the Lord" or some such.
