Is life better without facebook?
I've recently deleted Facebook and I'm just wondering if anyone has done the same thing and can tell me if life quality improves when you delete it. Also what should I do in the time that I now have

Facebook causes bitching and stress, and so many people on there are so fake it's ridiculous.
actually go out and see people rather than just reading their attention seeking statuses.

Having a facebook account or deleting the one you have does not improve the quality of your life. It depends on how you see life and how you tackle things.
I had a facebook account which i deleted about a year ago. The reason for deleting was that i was using it unnecessarily and was wasting a lot of time there.
My college started about 3 months back and i had to make a new facebook account as i was unaware of things happening among my classmates. Well we have a facebook group dedicated for the students of our class so that we can share a lot of material there like assigments and stuff. We also use it for communicating to the entire class. Now its like life is impossible without facebook. If i do not log in regularly i would miss some important communication. So now facebook has become essential for me and also i have like some really interesting pages that provide a lot of information.
Its entirely your choice whether to have a facebook account or not.
In the mean time you can hang out with friends or do some activity that you like to keep you occupied so that you don't get bored.
Regards
