Asking someone out on Facebook?

How do I ask this women in particular out on FB? The reason I'm asking for your help is because she's one of those who has 4,000+ friends and it seemed like she had no problem adding me as a friend and other people as friends especially since she needed help with a local contest in which she ended up winning.There's a part of me that doesn't know if she's truly sincere now that the contest is over but she seems like she is and I want to take that risk of asking her out. So should I ask her and if so how do I ask her?

Definitely not you look shy and scared you should ask her in real life when u feel the time is right and make sure your actually talking to her
