Why won't my Instagram let me follow users who want to follow me ?

So yeah I have 3,115 followers. And last evening I tried to follow back the 33 users that want to follow me. But once I click the button it goes green, than it turns back to blue? Why Is that? How can I fix it!

Did you Follow a Lot of People in a Shot Period of Time ? If So you May have Hit A Limit you have to Wait til Instagram Lifts the Block Than it Will Let you Follow Again
