How is this person hacking our facebook?
Hi, my sister started to notice active sessions in real strange far places so she notified facebook changed password email etc but the person still got in! she bought an anti virus deleted her old account and started again on a new laptop yet she still saw another strange active session only two hours after making her new account on her new laptop all at home of course. so how does she fix this and is it to do with her ip address?? help please all you big bang theory people !!

Are you on a wireless? He could be using a method called session hijacking. If you're using WEP as security, or, even worse, an open wifi, it's very easy to "sniff" your cookies.

Use WPA2 for wifi security.

First of all always hide ur email address.if u didn't hide it yet so go to fb settings n hide it.

Second thing change ur fb email address cuz i think hacker knows it that's y He's hacking ur sis account again n again n never show ur email address to everyone

There Could Be Many Things That Could Be Causing Her Account to Get Hacked Has Anybody Logged Onto Facebook Using a Proxy Site ? If So That Can Cause a Security Risk As When you Login Using Proxy Sites To Get Past Blocks You are Giving your Account Info To the Site Owner Who than Can Login As you Also The Only Other Thing i Can Think of is There Could be A Suspicious Extension Installed Check the Apps Section and See if you have Anything Strange Connected to The Facebook if There is Something There That Should Not Be Remove it
