How do these Facebook groups work? How do I make someone an administrator with the ability to delete someone without giving them the power to delete me?

If you're the owner/founder [not another admin], they will have no power to demote you, nor remove you. but they'll have the power to remove other users, not sure if other admins are subject to that.
