Why doesn't my facebook profile show up?

I uploaded a new profile picture the other day, but then I decided I didn't like it anymore and deleted it. Now it doesn't show my old profile picture but shows the sihlouette picture thing. I went in my photos and the old profile picture is still in the 'profile pictures' album but it doesn't show it as my profile picture. How do I make it show it? I can't reupload it as I don't have the picture saved anymore

That's what happened if you just delete your profile picture, it goes back to the default, that template.
Just open the pic you intended to use as profile pic in a new tab, then click the "Make as profile picture" on the bottom right of the pic.
