No u don't have to change the primary email. Just add the another email and make it primary.
U can create many email -id to login to to ur facebook account.

You Can Change the Email that you Use For Facebook Go to Account Settings Where it Says Email Hit Change and Remove the Old Email and Add your New Email Address in and That Should Do it
