Can public page owners know you unliked their page?
Say if i want to unlike a public page on fb will the owner of that page some how know? And does fb tend to be weird and automatically like pages that you never clicked like on in the first place? Why does it do that

No it won't notify the person saying that someone has unliked their page.

No the only way they will know is if they keep a list and compare it from time to time.

They Wont Know Unless They Look at the Like List and Notice that your Not There Anymore They Dont Get Any Notifications or Anything Like That
