First of all you goto the computer ,which is connected to the internet line via RJ45 or wireless . then open the computer first. then after open website http://www.facebook.com.
When facebook page is open then there is an option "Sign Up" OR create new account, click there.
then a new page(form) is come out and fill this form appropriately .then after you your own facebook account.
