If I shared my instagram picture to Facebook, will the likes I received on my instagram picture show up on fb?

I remember seeing a friends profile on facebook and that she'd uploaded a picture from her instagram and she had around 20 likes, i clicked on the likes and it said "6 other likes from instagram" or something like that. I would like to know how i can get my likes from instagram to show on my facebook picture too? whenever i share my instagram picture the likes don't show, so how did my friend do it?
