How do I post my instagram photos to Facebook?

I have the Instagram app, i take pictures n stuff. but i always see my other friend's photos on Facebook!!-.- i wanna post mine to Facebook, but idk how to. I have followers and i know they see the pics, but i want them to show up on Facebook. please help. thanks

It should save to your iphone camera roll and you can either upload them through the phone to facebook, or email them to yourself, then save them on the computer and upload them to facebook.
