If you go onto the profile of a page that you have already 'liked' on the right, at the top, it usually has a button that says 'create page' that you can click.

Once you’re logged in to your Facebook profile, simply go to https://www.facebook.com/pages and click “Create Page”.
Then all you need to do is follow the prompts.

Click on Create a Page

Than Click on the Type of Page Give it a Name Check off that you Agree to the Terms

Click on Create a Page

And you Have a Facebook Page
