My mobile number in my facebook settings is my old one so i can't use that to get access to change my password. Thank You

You need to contact facebook who will need you to prove your identity so they provide you access to your account.

It's best that you contact facebook about this, they will probably go through security procedures first to prove you are the person of the account.
