How Do I Make Imagines for Instagram?

I really want to start making imagines for One Direction for Instagram. I love imagines and so does everyone else. I don't want to have to pay for an app and I have other apps but u don't know how to format it the way it looks nice. I don't know if this makes sense but I like how the imagines have white backgrounds and the image is full but the text doesn't overlap it (you probably don't know what I mean). I LOVE the imagines that @imagineposts1d and @stylesfanciesme make and I won't to know how to make them sooooo badly! Just so you know my Instagram is @perfection_is_onedirection_

check out instaprofitgram.com its a great site just about to be launched. Also use photoshop effects to give more sense to your photos hope this will help
