This really isn't information for the world to know. Your real friends and relatives know about your grandmother's passing...that should be enough. But, if you still feel the need to tell the world, ask your parents' how they feel about this. They may not want this information broadcasted to all.

Something as innocent sounding as this shouldn't be made public knowledge for a variety of reasons. Read the article that I reference. Now, imagine if someone were to find your grandmother's obituary to find out when your family would be away for the funeral (even if just for a few hours).
