How do I delete a person from a Facebook group conversation?

I made this group chat of 50 people where I ask them questions and I feel like it's really annoying because they get notified for every reply I get. How do I delete persons off of the conversation? I am the admin and I can't seem to find a way.

To remove people, click on the tab about and follow by finding a member by searching for the person you want to remove. On the member's name, click on the X and then confirm the action. This should remove the people that you want or need to.
