Is it only profile pictures? If your friend tags you? If it's on
'friends only' setting?

Google's web crawler bot does it. Basically anything that can be accessed without logging into Facebook can and will end up in Google.

yes.every site has sitemap including facebook which google crawls onto.it is a never-ending task of google.
