Stole. Phone photos still going on to Facebook?
People on Facebook are saying there phone has been stolen but every picture that person takes on the stolen phone is uploaded to Facebook still how is this happening?? I bought my I phone off eBay so worrying my photos mite upload to there's this phones had been wiped to factory setting and the Facebook is in my name etc and the phone is under my I tunes as well I'm just confused

If the phone is set to factory settings, it's basically formated and all the data is wiped. If the photos are showing up, then the phone wasn't restored correctly.

As for the photos, most people download their photos to a computer in case their phone gets stolen/lost/damaged. The photos could be uploaded onto a new phone at any time.
