No it is not. If you don't know much about the person, don't add! They'll spam you. They'll send you some link, you'll click & your account will be donated to them. They can also use your account anytime, and you won't get notified about what's goin on in the background and for what your account is getin used! BE AWARE!

When u answer an unknown friend request you are putting your life and identity at risk. It is possible and easy to create a fake account online with no connection to any realistic info.Who ever you add has access to your information and your pictures. In short if you are not a minor then it is up to your discretion.

It would usually not be a good idea to do this. They can access your info, and you never know who is behind that computer. Be safe online and always use common sense. Predators are everywhere, and they look for everything - addresses, IP's, and can even install keyloggers and steal CC info or other sensitive information. Be Wary.
