Does over use of social media and Internet use cause social decline or vise versa?
Not sure which one started first for me?Although I did have mental issues before getting hooked on things to isolate myself.Anyone stuck in the same position.Tries Psychs and meds.They don't seem to take it seriously.

I guess it depends on your situation..if your young and normally outgoing-then social media would damage your abilities to socialize normally (face to face), if you are an introvert..like me, it's the only way comfortable socializing can happen (as limited as it is).
