go to photos on websites like twitter, instagram, there is an upload button, files accepted are normally .PNG .JPEG .JPG etc look for these picture file types and look for the "upload" button

Than Go Upload a Picture Than On your Facebook Account Go to Photos Than Click on Add Photos Than Select the Photo you Want to Add If There is a Specific Album Already Added that you Want to Add it to Than Go to that Album Than Click on Add Photos
