Why is there no progress on my Facebook video upload?

Why is there no progress on my Facebook video upload?
I have tried for months to upload this video on facebook and each time I try the progress bar just stays at 0%. The video is 16.3 MB, 2:35 long and I have even changed the format several times (.mov, .wmv, .mpg, .mp4) I have left it hours at a time a nothing happens. My internet connection is pretty fast and I'm using Internet Explorer. Can someone PLEASE help me??
