Friends facebook post?

When my friend is tagged or added in a post, I can't see it on his wall but I can see it on his friends wall.. Why is that? Does he set it like that or comes like that?

Tag yourself in the photo and it will be on both of your walls.

If your friend was tagged in a pic, and you friend set that any tag before appear in her/his timeline must be approve by her/him first (set in Timeline & Tagging Setting under Account Setting), chance why it does not show on his/her Timeline is either she/he don't approve that to show in her/his Timeline or hide that.

But as long as the tag is not removed, her/his friends can still see it on other's Timeline, other that was tagged to.
