why the heck is every facebook posting on my yahoo page?

I do not need to have to go to Yahoo just to delete what I already saw on Facebook. I thought yahoo was for my mail not Facebook postings I do not need to read everything twice. How can I get this to stop happening?

Go to any email from Facebook and scroll to the bottom and there's this thing that says something like I don't want to receive this type of email anymore and click that there you go. Only problem is that you have to do this for all the different Types of Facebook emails
