Does Facebook say if I saw a post?

Okay yea I admit a was fb stocking my crush WE ALL DO ONCE.

And as soon as I got on his profile, I guess his dad has a follow page? And he posted something on his wall.

I know with fb pages it say what amount if people saw it but not who.

If I'm not following that person or friends, do they know specificly I saw it?

I don't think people can see it. But when you're in chat or messaging. It does say, for example " Seen:12:45pm " and we DO all do once, or twice, maybe three times to see what kind of flower she likes... yeah
