You can deactivate your ask.fm account from your profile settings..

If you just want to disable the questions from appearing on your facebook account's timeline/wall:

You will have to go to Privacy from the top right corner of Facebook, then go to Apps, then remove ask.fm, by clicking remove on it..

That's it!!

Go to Profile Settings on Ask.FM And From There you Should Be Able to Delete your Account
