is IP address spoofing a crime in India?
A person is ng me by giving me threats to hack my FB acc before i report him i wnt proof nd i know he has spoofed/bounced his IP address so i wanted 2 know is it legal tht he is spoofing his IP

IP Spoofing by itself may not be illegal, but using it to pretend to be someone you're not may fall under the purview of "identity theft". Usually, just simple things like hiding your own IP address is not that serious, and are in fact encouraged in order to protect your privacy.
